MEET THE TEAM
Rick Stark | Co-Owner
Rick is the proud founder of Stark Roofing LLC. With over 50 years of experience in roofing, he is an expert in the industry. He began roof installations at the ripe age of 20, and has owned his own business for over half of his career. He now is partners at Stark Roofing with two of his sons and can still be found hard at work in the office and on the job sites.
Rick graduated from Northwest High School in 1970, and married his high school sweetheart, Karen Stark, shortly after in 1972. They worked hard while raising their 5 children and supporting them all through college. They now enjoy spending time with their family, especially by being spectators at the sporting events of their 9 grandchildren.
Rob Stark | Co-Owner
As the youngest of the 5 Stark children, Rob grew up with large shoes to fill. He began working in high school for Stark Roofing, learning all there was to know about the business. He continued his employment with the company while completing his degree in Criminology at University of Missouri - St. Louis, and he took a brief break from the company while pursuing a career as a Missouri State Highway Patrolman. His passion for the industry did not falter though, and he returned to Stark Roofing in 2015, becoming a partner and co-owner in 2017. Since then, he has played a key role in expanding exterior services offered by Stark Roofing.
Rob is now married to his wife Jennifer, and has 2 children of his own. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, hunting, golfing, and is an avid sports fan.
Ryan Stark | Co-Owner
Ryan grew up working at Stark Roofing as well, learning the ropes from his dad. He too began at the company while in high school and has remained steadfast in his employment ever since. Ryan is also a Northwest High School graduate, and he completed his Construction Management degree at Missouri State University in 2005. Along with his brother, Ryan became a co-owner and partner at the company in 2017 where he has continued to be a leader.
Ryan is an active spectator of his two sons' sports teams, including football, basketball, track and field, and wrestling. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley. He also enjoys golfing when they are in between sports games.
Tim Williamson | Project Manager
Tim is another lifelong friend of the Stark's. Since joining Stark Roofing, he has proven to be essential to the team. Tim is always willing to put in extra time and effort to ensure that each job is completed correctly, and his attention to detail will guarantee that your project is flawless. Prior to his employment at Stark Roofing, Tim obtained a technical degree in Business and has a background in Network Engineering.
Along with his wife Marcie, Tim is busy outside of work raising his two daughters and son. They enjoy spending time at the lake, and he additionally enjoys working on construction projects and building cars in his free time.
Bryan McMunn | Project Manager
As both an experienced roof installer and a longtime friend of the Starks, Bryan is a vital asset to the Stark Roofing Team. He has over 12 years of experience with Stark Roofing in tear off and installation, and he has grown alongside the company now specializing in Sales and Project Management. Bryan is trusted with many tasks, and you may even see him if you need a repair completed on your roof!
Bryan is a proud graduate of Northwest High School and also has 10 years of experience as a Union Painter. Outside of work, he cherishes spending time with his fiancé, Tiffany, and their son, Brycen.
Eric Watson | Project Manager
Eric worked for Stark Roofing LLC as a laborer in the very early years. He then worked as a union floor layer, but returned to his roots at Stark Roofing in 2023 as a project manager. Eric is a terrific asset to our team and handles every situation with a smile on his face!
After work, Eric goes home to his wife, Rachel, and their 3 children. They have one young adult child, a school-age little girl, and a toddler they chase around nightly. Eric has a full life that keeps him on his toes at home and on your roof!
Andrew Lenzen | Project Manager
Andrew has been with the Stark Roofing team since 2024, after graduating from Quincy University. Andrew has great customer service and communication skills. He is always willing to step up to whatever the job may be. All while handling other business as usual like a champ!
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Lane. They are both 2021 Northwest High School Graduates as well, where Andrew coaches football. He also loves to hunt and fish.
Ashley Stark | Office Manager
Ashley became an official member of the Stark family when she married Ryan in 2007. After returning home from college, she was a cosmologist for 15 years, then worked at Maple Grove Elementary School for 8 years, where she found her passion working with special education students. Ashley worked seasonally at Stark Roofing before she started working full time in 2024. Her energy and wide range of experience makes her the perfect fit for our office.
Ashley is also a Northwest High School graduate. She finds joy in talking to people and doing random acts of kindness. When she is not working, you will surely find her at one of her son's sporting events. Ashley loves fresh flowers, a good memoir, and spending time with her nieces, nephews, and former students in her free time.
Kelly Courtwright | Office Assistant
Kelly is another member of the Stark Team that is an NHS Alumni! She played softball and soccer with one of the Stark Sister's, Stephanie. Once graduating from Northwest, Kelly continued her education at Maryville University where she was still a two-sport athlete, earning All Region Honors her Junior Year! Once graduating with a Bachelors of Business Management, she worked in Athletics as a Coordinator, Assistant Softball Coach, and Sr. Womens Admin. Kelly came back to her roots and substitute taught at NHS, then worked at MOHELA for 13 years, and Bloomsdale Bank for 2 years before joining the Stark Team in 2021.
Kelly married Shawn in 2012 and they are lovers of their fur babies and the Cardinals! Kelly enjoys watching all types of sports, spending time with her family, and the zoo. She is a member of a local Church, where she volunteers in the nursery. She is also a Breast Cancer Survivor and is happy to share her story with anyone she can help!
Sky-Ann Chandler | Office Assistant & Digital Marketing Coordinator
Sky-Ann is the niece of Ryan and Ashley Stark and has joined them on their personal adventures since the day she was born. When the time came that there was a job opening at Stark Roofing, it was time to join them in their business adventures as well! Sky-Ann is also a Real Estate Agent for Jefferson County and the surrounding areas. Needless to say, she is a busy gal!
In her free time, her favorite people to be with are her Husband, Ethan, and her dog, Benelli. The three of them consider hunting a shared hobby. She also enjoys cooking and spending time with the rest of her family.
Marty Haverstick | Siding Site Supervisor
Marty joined the Stark Team right after the heart of the pandemic in September of 2020. He is down to earth and always getting to it, making sure the job is done! He brings personality and fun to the table! Marty loves a sweet treat, but is not suppose to have them, so keep that a secret ;)
Marty adores his wife, Tina. They spend a lot of quality time together when Marty is not working hard for us! They love hanging out on their front porch and making dinner together. Like Tina, we can always count on Marty.
Jason Hoekstra | Siding Site Supercisor
Jason officially joined the Stark Team in 2021, after owning his own siding business and doing work for us for many years before that. We decided we just had to have him as a part of our crew! Jason knows what he is doing, and we aren't afraid to use him! He is such a delight to be around and is always bringing life to the party.
He is an old soul who likes to play shuffleboard and go fishing in his free time. Jason just has a light spirit that you want to be around! He loves his wife and grandchildren and is always up for whatever the job.
Sam Carollo | Site Supervisor
Sam has worked for Stark Roofing since 2021. Sam shares some family with Tim, so they are a little extra connected outside of being coworkers! He worked at a Casino for many years before joining our team. At one point in time, he was even a coin collector! Sam is orderly, detail oriented, and keeps his crew in line.
Outside of work, Sam thoroughly enjoys spending time with his wife, grandchildren, and dog. His wife always sends him to work with a nice lunch and tries to include a sweet treat. Sam is always up for a good conversation!
Jeff Wilson | Siding Site Supervisor
Jeff is not the most talkative, but he sure is interesting! He joined the Stark Team in 2021 after being a professional pyrotechnician for 15 years. He is a tried and true STL fan, being a lover of the St. Louis Cardinals and Red Hot Riplets. Jeff is a great leader of his crew, always making sure everyone is doing a top-tier job!
Jeff enjoys the outdoors and building things. In his time off, he likes to go fishing and camping as outlets to wind down. He also dabbles in building guitars, which is a fun way to be able to put his skills to work!
Chase Stegall | Site Supervisor
Chase is another one of our Northwest Alumnis who continues to be involved in the school district and community. Chase Graduated from Northwest in 2020, then went on to further his wrestling career and finally graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Communications with a Minor in Digital Media and Productions from University of Wisconsin - Parkside.
Chase spends much of what free time he has either coaching wrestling or football for Northwest High School, running marathons, or hanging out with his family. Chase is always on the ball and delivering his best work!
Luke Meier | Site Supervisor
Luke is the youngest of our Stark Team, graduating Northwest in 2025. Luke had his plans all set out and when a wrench got thrown in those, Stark got lucky enough to add him to our team. Luke is commonly known as "Chicken Little" on job sites, but that doesn't stop him from keeping his crew in line!
Luke is an avid sports fan and really loves being an uncle. We have known Luke for many years and were excited to welcome him when he was choosing a career path! He loves Gardetto's and is figuring out his place in this big world!
